Initial Parking PCN

Hi guys I got a PCN for being slightly over time wise at Fistral Beach. It was summer term and the car park was heaving, phone signal was awful and had the kids, etc. I appealed the PCN with Initial Parking which was rejected in less than 24 hours. I then escalated to POPLA who also rejected it. I now have a letter off Debt Recovery Plus asking for £170. Do I ignore? I have read the Newbies thread but its not clear as I've obviously already appealed the PCN. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks

The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread is quite clear and explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.1 -
Do nothing. By going confidently into the 'ignore' stance, the only steps to take are:
- Tell them if you move house within 6 years.
- Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.
- Come back if you get a LBC as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread. Probably from DCB Legal, whose claims are badly pleaded and they always discontinue! No hearing.
Nobody pays a penny. DO NOT PAY.
Search the forum and read a few cases as they are easy to beat by waiting for a claim form - it is easier than appealing!
There is no risk AT ALL in defending a court claim. No CCJ. No bailiffs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
