Sorry is this all one debt? How do MCS think they can enforce an unenforceable debt? And what is an Scd? Ignore everything except a formal Letter before action

Thanks yes it’s all the one debt regarding Sainsbury’s. It’s been passed between, Cabot, Westcot and now 2 letters from MCS. It fell off my credit file in 2019. SCD Scottish Court Decree.
I have attached the letter from today is this a formal letter?
    many thanks

The top letter from Cabot and the bottom letter from Westcot. Never heard anymore from Feb 2025 until March this year from MCS. Thanks

I am not an expert in Scottish law so i am not even sure if the preaction protocol applies there. That wouldn't pass under English law. Let me check National Debtline.

Apparently it doesn't apply in Scotland

    England: https://nationaldebtline.org/get-information/guides/pre-action-protocol-in-the-county-court-ew/

    Scotland: https://nationaldebtline.org/get-information/guides/sheriff-court-action-s/
