If you are in a position to make an offer, and that is your chosen strategy, then now seems a good time0

Thanks
Struggling a bit with Nationwide.I complained and never got a reply so I complained again and this is the letter I received.Do I resend the CCA request which they acknowledged in January and then I received the SAR letter that I previously uploaded. Many thanks and sorry having to keep ask for advice0 -
Well, no problem in taking their £50.
I think if I were you I would make clear what the position is, as they are fudging it, either by intent or incompetence.
On xx/xx/25 I made a formal request under s78 CCA 1974, including the statutory fee. To date, you have not complied with this request and therefore I remind you of s78(6) in that you are 'not entitled, while the default continues, to enforce the agreement'1 -
Thanks I have received a reply, it’s quite a nippy reply in my opinion 😀 where do I go now? The FO?Thanks again for all your advice. X0

So they are happy to pay you compensation as you.
But cannot fulfil a cca request because they are not sure you are you.
Doesn't really add up, does it?
Almost as if they can't find the original agreement

I know 🙈 next step to leave it as it is or go to the FO

Today I received a copy of the CCA following Nationwide saying they couldn’t provide it as they didn’t have my signature and couldn’t confirm my identity.
The signature is typed the same font as the signature from NationwideDoes this mean that this debt is enforceable.
as always many thanks for keeping me right.0 -
They are allowed to reconstruct an agreement but have to do so accurately.
For example, check if they were operating out of that address in 20131 -
Thanks i received an email yesterday that Nationwide have now passed the debt to arceurope after 10 years
