Hi ( still very new to ISA's )
I have one ISA currently with moneybox with £20,000 - I will get the interest for the year on Feb 22nd 2025 ( currently at 4.95%). After this term finishes my interest rate will go down to 4%
Should I stick with them or move to a new ISA with slightly better interest rates?
I have now saved another £20,000 ( currently in premium bonds) and am thinking of moving everything to an new ISA with Trading 212 as they have a better interest rate of 4.9%
Should I wait till my current ISA has had its interest paid and then transfer it at the same time as putting the new money in?
or should I just open a new ISA with TRADING 121 now with the new £20,000 and then transfer the old ISA over later?
Can old ISA's be transferred at any time ie: after 5th April?
Many thanks in advance
Claire

 Yes

Assuming it is an easy access ISA, then interest will be paid up until the day you transfer it. However best to have a good read of the T's & C's first to be sure,
It is normally only fixed term/fixed rate ISA's that need to be left until the end of the term .
