Kybotech - The moaners are right this time

Having read all the negative reviews about Kybotech, I can say first hand that they are all true. I would honestly AVOID this company. I bought a log cabin in August, took 5 weeks to receive it. Parts missing. Tried for 6 weeks to get them delivered with no luck. They just lie to you in the hope you will give up. Eventually I suggested to get the parts made in a nearby sawmill, which I did. However when it came to paying me back THEY REFUSED! They’re despicable. Shame on you Kybotech. They never called me once on. I must’ve called them every day for over amonth, spent 30 hours on the phone and sent 50 emails. If you have the misfortune of having bought something, the Customer Support Manager is Carlo Datu (public information: just Google 'Kybotech org chart'). He won’t speak to you but will hide behind his poor support team. Don’t waste your life. Can’t wait to see the counter comment from them. I just read the glass door reviews too and it looks like the staff churn is high due to poor treatment of employees and micromanagement. Kybotech, you shouldn't be in business the way you treat customers.

Unless you are asking for advice this ought to be on the Praise, Vent and Warnings board.

If you are asking for advice then I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole as their Cancellations and returns policy under their T&Cs isn't compliant with the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013  (Or at least I don't think it is.  eg It seems to say you have to return goods within 14 days which is not correct).

Pity you seem to have incurred additional cost getting your own wood cut when you might have still been able to cancel the contract on the grounds that the cancellation information provided was not accurate.  I don't know.

Again I don't know if you have any grounds to recover your additional expenditure.

I know it's shutting the stable door but you should have come here for advice immediately you realised the delivery was missing stuff.

How did you pay and how much did you pay?
