issue logging in to Booking.com

I'm trying to login to my booking.com account.
When i enter my email address it says a verification code has been sent to my email....but i am not receiving these codes.......so i cant log in.
I can't contact them to see what the problem is as i have to login first to message them.
I tried their UK phone number but it only offers help for someone who has an booking confirmation...and not for general queries.
Any ideas?

Have you checked in your spam folder just to be on the safe side?
otherwise, I’d be tempted to phone their customer service number for bookings and get them to put you through to whoever you need to speak to.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Could be an issue with your email company
    Sometimes emails get delayed.
Maybe wait and hour and try again.

    You could try social media.

I'm in exactly the same position. There is evidently zero customer service also. Yes, you have to illogically create another account just to contact them! I've sent them over 10 emails the past 48 hours and only receive back the same generic responses, asking for booking reference and PIN number, which you can only see when you're logged onto Booking.com - But the problem is being unable to login! It's a Booking.com issue, not a 'check your junk mail' or have you cleared the cache' issue. The unacceptable part of all this is you simply cannot contact anyone who can help. Can't even find the email address of their CEO Glenn Fogel
