    Hello All

This PCN is still continuing Trace Recovery has now passed the debt over to a company called Moorside Legal.  Now they are wanting more money and now stating if i don't pay the money I will get a County Court Judgement.

Any advise please as if I get a County Court Judgement in my job I could be in trouble.

They are lying to you,  a court claim might happen,  but the  CCJ will never happen if you follow our advice here

Does that Moorside Legal have a deadline   ? Is it 30 days   ? Or one or 2 weeks   ?

If its 30 days,  email the response template in the newbies sticky thread in announcements,  2nd post,  if its less than 30 days,  ignore it

Meanwhile, educate yourself on all the steps leading to a CCJ outcome,  if it remained unpaid after the court case,  after the 30 days grace period,  in the following comments by Ldast

You're posting as if this is something new & different. Please read the forum.

Did you search the forum for Moorside? Surely you'd simply do that first and laugh!

Have you read the second post of the NEWBIES thread?
