What glue to use to fix the rand of hiking boots where the toes crease when walking?

I think the problem is that you've bought expensive cheap and nasty boots.
Do none of the walking boot companies who know what they're doing make boots without nubuck? A retailer like Cotswold while not being to everyone's taste must be well used to people asking about boots without leather; they must have some advice to give.2 -

Meindl boots for example, do offer synthetic options but the glue used is made from animal products and therefore not 'vegan friendly'.

I recently got a pair of Himalayan boots from Briggs Safety Wear, and they're seriously tough! Perfect for work or outdoor adventures, with great grip and durability. They feel really sturdy but are surprisingly comfortable too. Definitely a solid choice if you need reliable boots!
