Hello @Coupon-mad
I hope you are well.
To find out whether the other party has paid the court fees, should I keep checking MCOL, or will I be notified by letter in the post?

Neither. Think about where your case is.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello,
How will I know if the claim has been struck out?
I have a court hearing scheduled for 11th July, but the Claimant had until 23rd June to make a payment to the Court.
Is it appropriate to email MCOL to check the status, or should I just wait for further updates?

I contacted the Court on Friday and was informed that the Claimant had written a notice to discontinue the case. I was advised to email the Court to request a copy of the Discontinuance letter, which I have done, but I have not yet received a response. As the case is still listed for this Friday, should I follow up with the Court again if the letter does not arrive soon?
