Hello, I have now received a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track and am required to complete form N180 and serve on all parties.

I have a couple of questions regarding this:

Firstly, is there any guidance on how to complete this form?

Secondly, should I send the documents recorded delivery?

    Thank you in advance.

Why not continue to follow the guidance in that checklist you were using when you filed a Defence?

Thank you Coupon-mad I really appreciate your speedy and informative response.

I have completed the N180 and I have emailed it to the Court, DCB Legal and Baysentry Solutions  and have received an automated response from all three. Thank you once again.

    Hello,

I have a mediation call scheduled for the 26th next week. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Should I simply offer nothing, or would the mediator interpret that as non-compliance? Alternatively, can I state that no breach occurred and, therefore, no payment offer will be made?

Offer nothing or a fiver/tenner if you want.

Ignore what the letter says: don't do any prep and don't believe what the Mediator says about rick of costs. They are clueless.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for your speedy response.

I have just found one of your posts, whereby you have written the following can I really say this?

I don't want to pay these bloodthirsty thieves anything and I am happy to defend my case in court. Can I just add: I sincerely hope the penny is dropping with the compulsory Mediation scheme that it isn't appropriate for scam private parking claims?  Did you realise they always discontinue before hearings? No? Please provide that as feedback at your next team-meeting and stop telling victims to pay.

Apologies if this sounds like an odd question but if I offer £5 or a tenner will the mediator not take this as I did commit the breach. Or should I just offer zero?

"Apologies if this sounds like an odd question but if I offer £5 or a tenner will the mediator not take this as I did commit the breach. Or should I just offer zero?"

I am confused  -  op states:-

    "
I am writing on behalf of my father, who has received a claim form for parking at Citi Park, Clements Road, London."

    Also per Defence:-

    "6.
As per the car park signage, the Defendant visited the pay station, pressed the intercom, and validated the parking session. Only after receiving confirmation that the session had been validated the Defendant exited the car park.
7.The Defendant complied with the instructions outlined in the signage, validated the parking session and therefore, is not in breach of the terms of the signs.

Which suggests YOUR FATHER did nothing wrong?
