Technically no but a business seller will more likely work hard to protect their reputation.

My youngest is a  business seller and my partner sold something privately, Evri delivered it and had photo's to prove it. No one wanted to assist and my partner waited it out, Ebay found in her favour and if any refund did occur it was via Ebay not her, Ebay also stated any negative feedback will be removed.

So if the seller has full tracking and enough info they could well find in the sellers favour.

They will definitely find in sellers favour, as per my earlier post where seller has tracking showing delivery. 

Also if a buyer opens and loses an INR then feedback is automatically removed, regardless of whether it is a business or private seller. 

AS a buyer it takes effort, I spent literally hours dealing with RM last year when a £100+ item went missing, even when RM admitted in writing it was mis delivered.
