Hello. I am trying to seek compensation for a cancelled flight with British Airways back in 2022. British Airways took all my information including bank details and have closed the case. Does anyone have any idea to claim what is a legal entitlement by Scottish Law? Thanking you

Escalate to their ADR provider, CEDR, or if it's unquestionable that a payment is definitely due then pursue via small claims.0

If your original flight was cancelled, did you make the journey by some other means?
Did BA provide "care" (refreshments etc) during any delay?
What was the root cause of the cancellation?
How far in advance of flying was the cancellation?
Was there a delay to your arrival time at destination?0
