Yes I can imagine you are weary of being condescending and unhelpful relentlessly. Surely if you aren’t going to actually help the poster or answer their question then you don’t need to comment at all? That must be exhausting in itself and no actual help to the poster?

There's nothing in section E that I can honestly see needs a template, and both the NEWBIES thread and the Template Defence thread already tell posters that Mediation is compulsory.

Hello. I have received my telephone mediation appointment for this Friday. I’m not sure what to expect and wondered if there is any advice for how to approach this appointment and what I should be prepared to say.
