DQN180 new format

Hello,I’d like some advice for filling out the DWN180 as the formatting of the questions has changed considerably since the advice in the newbie thread.
Section A is no longer a question and is a statement regarding mediation. Then an entirely new section E (with questions E1-E4) has been added.
The previous E section has now been moved to section F.
Can somebody help me with how to fill out the new section E please?
I have attached pictures.
Thank you

section E is self explanatory and its all been noted previously2

Study the advice in post 2 in the newbies sticky thread, its explained there, do not abandon the 2 main advice threads, the newbies sticky thread and the 12 steps in the defence template thread
We have no idea why people are not looking there first3 -
This is already in the NEWBIES thread second post about N180 stage. The advice there isn't just the really old bargepole link. Look again.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -
Ok thank you. I’ll look again. Curious why all the replies in this forum are so hostile. I haven’t found it obvious AT ALL despite having a very thorough read through. Thanks anyway. I guess.1

Section A of The form is now saying that you HAVE TO attend mediation. Am I right? There is no option with this now.So I just go ahead and give the details requested in section E?0

It's not hostility, its weariness at members telling us almost every day, 24/7/365 that the information required is not there when the regular volunteers here know for a fact that it is there and keep saying so on a daily basis
It's like being told that Nelsons column is not in Trafalgar Square
This forum is an information source, a research tool, please use those resources in announcements, it's why the administrators have pinned them there
Martin Lewis set up this site as a research project dealing with all kinds of issues, many years ago
Last night on TV he was telling people to check resource tools out, like comparison sites and government websites etc
Self help, but pointed towards the correct places for the information required, by those who know where people should look3 -
I honestly can’t find any information in any of the posts suggested on the above comments that relate to this new form. If somebody could just humour me (in my obvious stupidity) and advise me how to answer section E, I would be very very grateful. If you haven’t got a friendly reply please just ignore me - no arrogant “look again” comments necessary.

2 or 3 months after filing your defence:
The CNBC will send you a DQ N180 form, that must be completed & returned to the claimant and the court, explained here:

Yes, there are some new Qs in the N180 form; please DON'T post asking about how to answer them:

What questions in E do you not know how to answer?0

This is normally a very friendly, helpful, and arrogance free forum.
I'm sorry if you find it otherwise.
What is wearisome is people repeatedly saying they cannot see or find what is there to be found.
As Nellymoser has asked - which questions do you not know how to answer?3
