DCB Legal's application said they did not receive notification that the Defendant had filed a defence from the Court until 6 Jan. And yet your defence was received by the Court on 29 Nov. Were you required to and did you send a copy of your defence to the Claimant?

No you don't need to serve the defence on the claimant. The court does that on this track.

Hi guys, I filed my N180 via email, I had a reply today to say that I'd sent it in the wrong format my bad ill re send it ASAP. But the email also said my case was currently with the district judge and I would be notified of the outcome when they had the file back. Could anyone explain what that means to me?

A Judge at the CNBC is considering their application and whether to let the case continue.
