Propane gas home delivery.

I have had an underground lpg tank for 28 years.

The current supplier is Flogas with a now out of contract supply agreement.

I still get tank standing charges, but the consumption of gas is now only about 200litres a year.

They refuse to supply less than 900 litres per delivery.  To get out of the contract they require the tank to be made available for collection and charge for collection. The total estimate is a little over £3000 plus the cost of refilling the hole.

Is any one else in this contractual trap? Any ideas?

The contracts are somewhat vague and contradictory.

We are currently holding about 100 litres of gas.
