Hi
Just wanted some advice please.
Ordered item for £861 - needed to return. Returns options via online portal didn’t insure for that value so contacted their customer service team who arranged for a return via dpd. I did not pay or organise return courier.
collection made - I tracked and received by their warehouse.
They have stated they have not received goods in their warehouse - yet tracking suggests otherwise. Obviously contract is with courier and not me.
Getting nowhere with customer service
They keep saying they will do a manual warehouse check but nothing materialises and you contact them again and they say the same thing.

I paid using my Frasers credit account - so this is the same company as the retailer but their financial arm - so presumably I can’t do a chargeback? I have no idea how as there is no process to do so.
I am assuming only way forward is small claims?
Thanks

The party that arranged the courier is responsible for the goods as soon as they are handed over to the courier. Do you have a collection receipt? (anything that confirms you handed the goods over? - presumably so if you were able to track the item). If so - then what has happened to the item is no longer your problem.
