If you are happy that the chicken was frozen well within its use by date I would have no problem...as others have said, use it in a recipe that adds plenty of flavour and butter too but that's just me and it should be fine....enjoy

I would also take a chance on defrosting and having a sniff! Trust your nose - if chicken is unfit to eat it will tell you so!
If, by any chance, it's of no use at all - then at least you will have freed up some space in your freezer for something else.0
