Coventry BS 5/6/8 Access Saver

Just opened the Coventry BS app up and it lists a 5 Access Saver Online Monthly, I'm trying to work out what the account was before, any ideas?🤔
Could it be a Triple Access account? 🤔, that's the only thing I can think of, website doesn't seem to help on closed accounts page just says simplifying savings programme, account was created and several products transferred into it.
Looked in my emails and can't find anything saying an account had changed name, been transferred etc.

Coventry have done this in the past. I had a double access saver 10 years or so ago which when it become uncompetitive morphed into either a 6 access or possibly even an unrestricted account. It still wasn't competitive though and was later closed. The only other instance of this I have encountered was with Yorkshire BS a couple of years back.

Oddly I only rang them yesterday to double check the 'end' dates for the allowed accesses, nothing was mentioned.
It WAS a triple access saver.....1 -
Did the account number change? I'd be surprised if it did so without any notification from them at all considering the risk of misdirected payments. Assuming the account number is the same, you can just refer to previous communications/statements to find the former product name.1

Not consistent with names though it seems.
I've got an account called Four Access Saver too.
Then two accounts called Limited Access.
(Excluded the rest of the naming of the above accounts)
Surely they could further simplify? 🤣
Main point of my post for those that may not of realised was they don't seem to have communicated things to me before going ahead and changing things (not that they have to, would have been nice though).
They must of changed things very recently because I regularly check my app.0 -
More on this - I have two different issues of the Four Access Saver, and just checked online and they have both become 5 Access Savers. Interest rate is as it was - 4.75%1

My triple access saver (online) and Four Access saver (Online) (2) have both changed into a 5 Access Saver (online) when accessed online but I've received no notification of this eitherAccording to this document under the 5 Access Saver (Online) it saysAs part of our simplifying savings programme, this account was created and several products transferred into it. Allows 5 charge-free withdrawals per year (a year starts on the date or anniversary of account opening).Does that mean we now have 5 charge free withdrawals available when previously we only had 3 or 4. And is the withdrawal counter now reset to zero or is it based on withdrawals since the anniversary of the original account opening, we can only guess?I came, I saw, I melted1

That document also lists the different issues of the Triple Access Saver and Four Access Saver at their respective rates, lower than 4.75%. I assume they can make changes without notice if they are to the saver's benefit, I think that's how it is worded. To answer the question, as the account year remains the anniversary point, where there were previously 3 or 4 withdrawals permitted, that has now increased to 5.
I think it's odd they didn't bother to tell the customers though.1
