Yes, just make it clear you will be dragging in the landowner. They hate that. It puts their contract at risk because they sell their services as taking care of everything for the landowner.

Perfect. I’ll be sure to add this into my dispute.

It’s so frustrating how much time you have to put in to these things for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

i will keep the thread updated with how I get on. Thanks for everyone’s input.

    *Update*

I submitted a lengthy dispute, which included the Equality Act 2010. I also stated i will ask for a N20 witness summons from Meadowhall management, if needed.

To no surprise they have rejected this and are ‘
satisfied the case against you should proceed’

    They are now saying ‘
we are instructed to issue legal proceedings to recover the outstanding balance in full. Should it become necessary to issue legal proceedings’

Can someone please advise how best to reply to this? I’m not prepared to make the payment of £170.00 they are asking for. Is it as simple as me saying I will see you in court?

    If you like.

Or ignore it and aim your complaint about the Equality Act to Meadowhall.

I have spoken to Meadowhall management in person and they agreed the fine is not needed. The gent I spoke to was very helpful and dealt with the matter within a couple of hours.

I’m just waiting for a confirmation email from Gladstones now but the cowboys at Minster are aware of it already.

Big thanks to everyone who helped me with this — really appreciate the support!

    Brilliant! Plan A strikes again!

Could you update your outcome in SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCs to tell people which part of Meadowhall this was at and who you contacted exactly? Also show a link back to this thread for context.
