Hi Team
we have been left without heating as Calor Gas refused to fill the tank up - gave us 24 hours notice that they put us on pre payment. They left my mother (78 year old vunerable lady prone to infection after serious operations) with no heating during an Amber weather warning. they want us to pay over £1,000 before refilling. The account has been in dispute since they asked my mother to stop the DD and they would arrange a payment plan and credit her due to not checkig the pricing with her. This has been on going for over 1 year now. Very hard to get in cntact with Calor Gas and when they say they will ring bac, they never do.0 -

Calor are under no obligation to supply you with gas without you paying for it.Rachraz said:they want us to pay over £1,000 before refilling.N. Hampshire, he/him.
