EuroCarParks - PCN

Hello all,
I received the PCN from EuroCarParks for overstaying the maximum time period allowed. I recon it was 3 hours, but the allowing time is 2.5 hours. It is the Morrisons car park. I would be grateful to have an advice, does it make sense to appeal or not?

No it doesn't make sense to appeal or not
However, it does make very good sense to complain about the PCN to Morrissons customer service department ASAP and show proof of patronage like your More card details or the receipt or statement, insisting that its cancelled ASAP
We tell every Morrissons customer to complain about the PCNs, every single time, it usually works, appeals may not
Known as plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements, please read that thread, especially posts 1 & 5
The allowed time is 3 hours on my local Morrissons car park, ECP is their main contractor1 -
The only problem I haven't visited Morrisons that day. I don't think it works in that case.0

Just ignore then. Come back here if you get a Letter Before Action from DCB Legal (ignore the DCBL debt collection letters).2

It's precisely due to drivers abusing private car parks that these parking companies obtain contracts to issue pcns like the one received here. Clearly ECP did the job they were employed to do and issued the PCN
There is a zero chance of any appeal being successful, especially if the driver wasn't a customer of the business2 -

New letter from Debt Recovery Company now regarding this fine. As far as I understand this debt will arise now.0

Nothing more than a boring debt collector's letter.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.1 -
There's no fine.
There's no debt.
Nothing will rise or arise.
As Keith says, that just a boring debt collector's letter. Please don't show us any more of them.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread
already has that letter in pictures. We don't need to see this letter chain on individual threads.
