I can relate to that. i feel like payday was agggggeeesss ago and the next payday is years away. it takes forever for the next payday to arrive but i love the feeling of paying a lump sum off at the end of the month and looking at the figures come down on the debts i owe, i just wish it would come around quicker haha. cant wait until its all paid then it will be money building up like you say instead of debts being paid.
That’s one of the real tragedies of being in debt. Not only do you miss out on so much, but you end up wishing your life away. The irony being, of course, there’s always the potential to get more money. But your life is ticking away, you have no idea how much you’ve got left, and you can’t buy any more of it. That makes it much more precious than money.

Being in debt costs far, far more than the money that you owe. But you’re doing well, and getting closer each day to getting that burden off your back. The numbers don’t lie!

Nearly at the midway point and hitting the peak of the "it's a long time since last payday and a long time until the next payday" period. But it means all down hill soon and counting down the days until i can make another lump sum payment off me debts hopefully

The numbers are looking good- and having that emergency fund building nicely must be satisfying. And a bit of a relief too, I bet.
