gavino76 said:claim form dated 3rd jan 2025With a Claim Issue Date of 3rd January, you have until Wednesday 22nd January to file an Acknowledgment of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 5th February 2025 to file a Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Try a lower case L or number 1 or a capital I (i)
I suspect it will work.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Also try a different Web browser, like Brave, Chrome, Opera, Firefox etc
Don't forget that your first task is to login to your government gateway account, then navigate to MCOL and use your password from the claim form. Exact match is usually required
Email the AOS to the CNBC if you are having logging in problems or are unable to do so1 -

now may be a good time to come clean, i do have 4 incidents. the first one is being dealt with. this second one is where it is. there's also a potential 3rd inbound from an overstay at mcdonalds.
we live close to the car park and use it often. On feb 17th, we had our second child, and we struggled if im honest. this could be the reasons for not having paid, if we did, one or 2 of the many times we use the car park.0 -
I've just found another one, same car park. no valid pay and display.
this one has gone through:
ZZPS - GCTT - QDR
and not heard anything since.
again, same year of having the 2nd nipper, of the many times visiting the car park, just chasing after the kids or baby brain etc. can only be that.
Do i stand a chance of defending these at all0
