Yes, he does copy and paste the information. But it's copied from elesewhere on this site from where he has given similar advice on other occasions. There's no problem about that. It simply saves him time in not having to retype it each time similar questions are posed.
Thanks Steve. That's right I actually have answers to loads of questions in a word document that I sometimes simply copy and paste, and other times I will edit depending on the exact question (I hate typing long replies).0 -

Have you tried knucke dusters?0 -
I note that you mention that people are slagging Tim off. On this thread that certainly is not the case. What we're having here is a useful debate and each of us have our own views regarding what is good quality, comfort etc in a bed product. There's no harm is good verbal interaction, after all, this is what good discussion is all about.
I think they were refering to other threads where some members seem to be paranoid enough to think that all retailers are out to rip them off. So any advice I give must be a sales tactic.
There have also been some members who are obviously sellers themselves, who don't like customers being told the truth about sales gimmicks.
Then there are the people who really get the hump because from my revelations they find that they have been taken in by sales reps...........so I must be wrong, because they couldn't have been conned could they?0 -

Thanks all - in the end, I just put a WANTED message on Freecycle and someone gave me the barely-used Kingsize mattress from their spare room! (They'd just replaced the spare bed with a double).
It probably isn't the best quality, but FREE is always better than either CHEAP or QUALITYMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

Sorry you are wrong. I've never hidden the fact that I sell beds, and I am quite open about it. My text comes from my knowledge about the products that I sell.
Yes I do have a word doc with answers to common questions. This saves retyping the same things over and over again. Each time I leave a very long reply on MSE I save it to my word doc for the next time someone asks the same question.
So no I don't get my information from ebay, or anyone elses web site. I do know my subject as many MSE members will verify.0 -
Hi all,
Please help!!!!!!!!!
I've spent relentless hours in bed shops and on the net and I still can't decide what to do about beds.
I very much wanted a leather style bed and was planning to get the 'sealy enchantment' mattress to go with it (bit pricey though)!!! Cheapest I found it was £494 for kingsize on bedeezee and I was going via quidco.
Anyone had experience of sealy beds/mattresses or could reccommend a really good mattress? Would prefer pocket sprung with memory foam if possible (as I was informed this would be good for my aching back)!!!!
Thanks0
