Can I report a seller for pestering? If so then how?

Bought an item from a seller last SUMMER. Not a great experience so left appropriate negative.
Seller gave me some speech about how they're a small time seller trying to provide for their family, yada yada yada, can I remove my negative.
Then they messaged me again & again. I ignored the lot of them.
5 months later, it's coming Christmas & I get a new message which is a repeat of a previous message.
I actually respond to them this time & say that I got their message last time.
They've messaged again & again & again. Today they've just messaged on top of that AGAIN requesting me to remove the negative feedback.
If I was ever going to remove it (I wasn't) then I'm most certainly not going to remove it after all this begging.
Is it possible to report this seller to eBay for persistent badgering & if so how do I do that?
Failing that is it possible to just block them so they can no longer message me?
If it's not possible to do either of those things then I'll have to make my position very clear to them because this is getting beyond a joke.

Must mean a hell of a lot to the seller if he/she has come back after 5 months.......
Can't really advise as I feel it depends upon the severity of the case and the reasons for leaving a negative in the first instance IMO....2 -
crumbs, think I would leave even more negative feedback at this stage.
looks like you can't block sellers but presume you can just ignore and delete1 -
Unfortunately I can't find the relevant info on ebay but as I recall if a seller blocks a buyer the buyer is no longer able to contact the seller after 30 days but only of they have not responded to any messages, so basically they cannot contact when the seller hasn't communicated with the buyer for 30 days (does that make sense?). Hopefully it works in the other direction too so worth trying and block him as a buyer0

After that length of time feedback cannot be changed, and its way past the timeframe that ebay may intervene. To block the messages/user you need to goto this link: https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/buyerrequirements you'll need to put them on your blocked list then about half way down under buyer rules bottom box needs to be ticked which should say something like "dont allow blocked buyers to contact me"0

Just out & checking this thread on my phone at the moment.0 -
Got on to their live chat.
Seems you can't 'live chat' to them like you used to. Maybe I'm outside of some sort of business hours but it seems the only option was them phoning me.
I don't like talking to people on the phone so clicked the hard of hearing link hoping it'd put someone on the other end of the live chat. It opened a page where I could leave eBay a message so that's what I did.
See if anything comes of it. Very strange behaviour from this guy though. He contacted me back after the months passed by ...... on Boxing Day.
I know Xmas is technically over on the 26th but come on, just relax & enjoy the Xmas period like most other people do.0 -

The only other thing I can think of is if you type report seller in to the help pages, you can report a seller, the closest you would get is the last one on the list ebay give for being in violation/breach of policy. You should also be able to leave a message to ebay now or if they then carry on.0 -
Well that was quick.
Can't really ask much more from them. Will have to trust they've done something. Will consider the matter closed unless this guy gets back in touch again.Thank you for contacting eBay Customer Service about the seller '###############'.
I understand that you want to report the seller '################' since they kept on sending you messages about removing the feedback you left them.
First of all, I can assure you that you are not required to revise a feedback you left for your seller since it is your right as a buyer, to express or share the experience you had with the transaction. We’ve taken appropriate action and we’ve also added a note in the account about the violation. The action we have taken depends on the severity type of violation and impact to other eBay members. While I will not be able to share exactly the action we have taken as of this time due to privacy policy, our actions range from informational alert, warning, restriction and can even result to suspension of the account.
If you don't see any action on your end by then, please understand that many actions aren't visible to others. To protect the privacy of all of our members, we're unable to share the action we take. For your reference, here’s the case number ############## of your report to serve as proof that everything is well documented and all records are in place. And I’d like to guarantee your anonymity for this report.1 -
