NOTE THIS CHANGE TO THE TERMS
If an entrant has won £10,000 or more in any Bauer Media Competition over the past 6 months before the Start Date, they are not eligible to win any prize as part of the Competition. Clause 4.12  ”Prize Limits”  of the Bauer Media Group Competition General Terms & Conditions shall not apply to this Competition.
... which means if you win one of the "daily" cash prizes, you are still entered for the big Friday prize that week, AND you can enter subsequent weeks and win another "daily" cash prize and be entered for that weeks big Friday prize.

The restriction that you can only win one "additional" prize still stands. This refers currently to the £1,000 Jet2 prize.

So saying if someone won £1k on a magazine comp in the last 2 months, would they still be able to enter this? my daughter won in November?
Thanks to all who post comps :)

You can still enter for free by phone, 150 times, as in previous competitions, so not a difference in that respect. BTW, I still can't understand why so many people pay to enter these comps, 30 seconds of time on the phone and you don't need to pay £2 or whatever and to me that is well worth the effort. Effectively I save £4 per minute, £240 per hour, £1920 per 8 hour working day. Not a bad salary.
You think the same way as me, why pay, I can enter 25 times while eating my breakfast cornflakes.
I think people consider it doubling their chances to win, 150 free and 150 entries for £30.
Then they aren't thinking when a 5 quid sim card gets 150 free calls on a cheap second phone.

Yeah, I understand that, and if you can afford to (effectively) waste £30 a week on a very very slim chance then fair enough. However, I can't and since this is a money saving site, I would think that most folk here can't either, so it surprises me that a few compers do seem to think it is worth spending money in this way.
There are way cheaper ways to get another 150 calls

I use 1pMobile on EE for just £4 a month if you select their monthly calls and texts boost.

I must stress, I only use one phone number.
  • Wouldn't the use of multiple phones be against the rules?
