My 15 year old daughter has just discovered a debit on her card for £18 by completesave.co.uk. Luckily this was the first one as she checks her band regularly at the moment. After a search online it looks like this company has been automatically signing up unwilling participants for years and they are still getting away with this. From her bank statement it looks like it could have been possibly Amazon or Odeon as these are the only payments she has made using her debit card online in the past month. I phoned the 0800 number online and luckily spoke to a very nice lady who has ensured she will be cancelled and refunded as she is a minor. Fingers crossed! I urge parents of teenagers to pass the warning on 'to check their banks regularly' and read carefully the website payment pages and buttons or tick boxes. It may show as a cashback or refund button or tick box. Their payment details will be automatically sent through without them realizing it! Very scary and I myself will be more vigilant from now on.

My guess is she's clicked on the ad, well she would have to because how else would they get her debit card details, and signed up to it.It isn't a scam it's user error. A big difference.0
