Didnt even know was a single tariff page, clicking change my tariff, I can choose between duel fuel SVR or duel fuel fixed.

I got the same error message when I tried to change tariff so I sent an email on 31/12/24 and got a response yesterday.
Sorry for the delay but something to do with 9 month wait to go back to Tracker or words to that effect. They said they have now put me on the 12 month fixed tariff but when checking I am on the January 2025 fix at 5.99 rate and not the 5.74 that I asked for in my email.
I emailed again and the reply was that Octopus can only change tariff to what is actioned on the day it changes and not backdated to the day the email or switch was asked for.0 -
Octopus 14M Fixed January 2025 v1 launched today both fuels dearer albeit gas only marginally dearer
