    I've just submitted my October update - it's late, I can only apologise. Life drama's. Don't worry if it's too late to update @julicorn I'm just submitting just in case. 
    Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.84 December 25
    % of house owned/% of mortgage paid off. December 25 - 40.34%/33.36%

    Hi, Sorry I haven't made the past few updates. I have put in my January one now incase I forget nearer the time.
  • Hi! I've asked to join - and submitted my overpayments YTD for 2025. My mortgage is up for renewal by August 2028, I'd like to get it to as close to 280k as I can and so I think this challenge will be a good motivator to keep track of things!
