    Registered and bookmarked 😁

I’ve set the target of £50,000 loosely based on the last 3 years in T6 with a small stretch to get it to a round number. The 50s feel so far away but the last challenge went so quickly.

In 3 years time oldest boy will be 18 😳 so there’s expensive years ahead. Target is being optimistic that Ts wage will continue to grow to cover said expenses. I’ve recently applied for a PhD, if I’m successful I’ll be very pleased but wages will be static and I’ll still be 18 months from the end in Jan 28! As always, so much can change l, looking forward to the ride with you all.

Oh my days, I hadn’t looked at it in terms of how old the kids will be in 3 years! This has depressed me no end! No more babies for me.
Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
    % of house owned/% of mortgage paid off. July 25 - 38.82%/31.66%
