Good afternoon my lovely friends.  

Sitting here with my coffee after my brunch. Cheese and ham omelette. Very healthy.  Lol.  After falling off the wagon I am now back on healthy eating/intermittent fasting.  Sticking mainly to meat, fish, a little dairy, and "green carbs",  no starchy root vegetables such as potatoes, parsnips.  So a nice juicy Aberdeen Angus steak for dinner tonight. Living alone I don't bother with a traditional Sunday roast unless the family are visiting.  So far so good, lost a couple of lbs but more importantly my blood sugar levels are coming down, which is the reason I've cleaned up my diet and doing intermittent fasting.  

Last weekend I went to see Santa. Great fun.  This week I put up my new slimline Christmas tree which just fits nicely into the corner.  Didn't actually buy a real one for indoors as I had planned.  I might try and see if I can pick up a reduced one nearer to Christmas.  Then this will go into either a nice big pot or maybe into the ground and remain an outdoor tree.   

Having fun working my way through my favourite Christmas films, feeling festive.🌲

I hope you have a lovely Christmas 🎄 and new year.

I have so much food that I think I will make us a roast dinner today, tomorrow and Boxing Day. We will take our dog to the beach as someone told me the new bridge opened yesterday. It had been closed for quite a while which made access harder. It is chilly here at the moment, but nice and bright. I’m wearing my red dress and red earrings today. My new year resolution is to get physically fitter and stronger.
