Parking Eye Parking Charge

Well its definitely not Parking Eye !
If you appeal to Parking Eye, make sure that you add proof of patronage there, like receipts and redacted bank statements1 -
And don't worry about the rubbish that Asda said about minimum payment of £100 in store, total lie...!
As long as you were a customer that's all that is needed....I would personally pursue Plan A with the supplied emails as they have failed you...3 -
What do you guys recommend bearing in mind I have no proof of purchase. Should I use the appeal template from the newbie thread?0

Plan A is always first (that's why it is Plan A) and you should exhaust it before appealing. Have you actually been into the store and asked politely but firmly for them to cancel it, as you are a customer and, if they want to retain you (and all your friends and family) as customers then they should seriously consider it, else they will lose the revenue for the aforementioned people!1

Previous visits and bank statements showing patronage, loyalty cards, anything to show you as a valid customer and not some chancer flyparking on the cheap tends to work with supermarkets
In future, always obtain a receipt, be it paper or digital, paperwork and a paper trail always help, anonymous shopping doesn't help, not when over 40 thousand private parking invoices are issued daily1 -

Contact ASDA Head Office with a 'formal complaint' about the two staff members: the first one promised to exempt your vehicle then reneged on that promise, or negligently forgot to do it. She caused an unfair PCN by her inaction.
Second one lied that you need a £100 receipt which is rubbish. Tell them how anxious you feel when you did everything right by asking to be exempted, which is why you had no reason to retain your receipt.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
