Going early with 27 so far for me please cathybird. Today is 100 days since I last had anything to drink. I’d like to see out the rest of July to make it three complete dry months in a row, then see how I get on with August.

Today will be 140 days for me, and I think that if I break that run now I will just slowly go back to having more than I should.  Overall I have saved many pounds (£) and lost many pounds (lbs) and generally feel better able to cope with the mess life has thrown at me in the last 12 months.

I’d like to try for 20 as my target in August, as I have a holiday and a fair bit of socialising coming up, so may have a few little drinks on occasion.
