26/25 for me today please.

I'm pleased that I had some self control last week - I drank a tad more than half a bottle of wine on the first night away, none the second, and just one on the third. I brought a bottle home, but it seems to have lost its siren voice begging me to drink it! Happy with that. It's shown me that I can have "a" drink, and stop, or that I can have a couple of drinks and stop. Previously I'd have glugged the lot and gone looking for more!
