Hello Everyone,
I hope you are all getting on great.
12th day for April & 240th consecutive day in a row being off the naughty boy stuff plus alcohol too.
It is 6 months since I left the UK next weekend and life FINALLY is starting to look a bit okay after 2023 & 2024 being the absolute pits. Friends from the UK visited the capital city I now live in last week & despite a strong urge to get a big, fat martini with them in a sunset bar, I stuck to a non alcoholic drink. As the night wore on; and the excitement of seeing old friends came back at me in waves; I remained alcohol free. Thank Goodness.
I think not drinking might be getting easier but i don't want to jinx it! Good Luck everyone! :-)
