Closing February on 10 AF days.  I am ok with that, in that I don't drink a huge volume or binge, it is a glass or two of wine with dinner, and it has helped dull the edges a little in a difficult month.  It doesn't magically bring him back, or rescue the house from chaos, or stop it from falling to pieces round me, or indeed stop me from occasionally falling to pieces when events and grief conspire to overwhelm me, but it is helping with the stress.  Not as much as walking and gardening, but still, it helps.

March, I will aim for 15 AFD.  

Thank you everyone for your support, especially Cathybird for keeping the numbers straight.

Declaring  early for today not totally sure what number I'm up to though. I've been tracking it on the try dry app but have had a busy few days and there is a day last weekend I can't remember and I've not been filling it in each day I'm saying 20 to be sure. Target 21 again next month please. Well done everyone
