I'm sooo glad I found this thread with like-minded peeps, so thankyou everyone. I really needed a change of lifestyle and this thread is helping me do that.

Thank you for your hard work on this, it has really helped me this year.   It is now nearly nine months since my last alcohol, and when I have a tricky day and am tempted I remind myself that I would have to confess on here, break that streak, and be most cross with myself!
