    I switched to decaf late last year when I realised the proper stuff was triggering my IBS, I don't miss it now but the first few days was hard work.

    5/20 for me today please Cathybird 

    I would very much have liked a nice glass of something cold today but I drank a bottle of water instead because I didn't want to have to confess to breaking my no drinking streak!

    Re: coffee - when I cut down a lot I was getting caffeine-withdrawal headaches!

    Anywobbles, 6 today please.   No dodgy dancers last night but a few - er - indulgent, as it was a real ale festival! 
    Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!

    @satchmo1 it is hard going at first but now I feel more energised. Go for it.
    @redofromstart I find Pelligrin0 hits the spot when I am not having a cold glass of white wine...re coffee there are a few good decaf blends nowadays

    6/20 for me please.

    We tried lots of the AF lagers with Becks Blue being my favourite so far DIA. It feels like a little treat as a break from mostly drinking water.
