I've washed the bowls in the sink as I decided ti make bread rolls earlier - simple recipe 500g Greek yogurt and 600g of self raising flour!
Few items listed on Vinted also looking for some Christmas bits on there too but I'm telling myself I can only buy the item I reaaaally want to buy someone as soon as I've either sold and item on vinted or I've not bought something unnecessarily like my energy drinks I buy from the local garage at 2 for £3!
Anyways, I'm going to catch up on my audio book with a night time tea!"There's a little witch in all of us"🔮🪬🧿DEBT FREE 06/2018Mrs SD’s Decluttering 2025 ⭐️ 🥇🥇🥇8 -

@Muddy_Walker well done but shame on dwp and esp the assessors that you had to go to a tribunal. Enjoy your kip!8

I like Vulpix's comment about not keeping things until they are useless, and love the idea of people getting enjoyment out of things that I no longer need.
Also keeping hold of some craft stuff etc as hopefully I'll stop working soonish and then if I don't use I will pass it on (with a deadline set) but unsure where my interests will really develop. The focus will be on not having these things making my current day to day life difficult.
Also, I'm with you on crafty stuff - having finished work late April and only now in a position to create my new routines & to start on new pastimes, I have quite a bit of crafting stuff. However it is mostly all corralled into neat storage in the spare room, apart from a Guide blanket with badges to be sewn on & a wrap I started knitting last night. Those two are in cotton bags beside the sofa, for easy access.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

- Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks
- Concerted effort to sort out sleep patterns - Realistic targets: bed by 2:00 a.m. & up by 10:00 a.m
- Continue dealing with mail & email on a daily basis
- Don’t put it down, put it away + deal with mini tasks as soon as they are noticed e.g. refill olive oil pourer or salt cellar, stitch up a hole in a garment etc
- Commence ‘Operation Frog Tickling’ using the acronym - I.R.I.S. (Identify, Research, Implement, Sign Off) - One per quarter
- Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
Friday: when I got up the sun was shining but now 30 minutes later it is so dark that I have had to put the light on 😞 Forecast for the rest of the day is cloudy with a high of 20°C, low 15°C, humidity 64% & a chance of rain at about 18:00. So much for delivering the CS bags but I feel like a wet dishrag after staying up all night 😢 Instead I will deal with today’s mail (done 16:00) & then settle down to catch up with the cheerleading starting with the last 3 posts dated the 27th

suzeesu2000, a brilliant day of decluttering & tidying on Wednesday 👏🤩 no wonder you were shattered 🥹 Especially impressed that you sorted both DH’s clothing AND the airing cupboard of Doom 🤩 With such a large amount of bedding/towels leaving or about to leave your home, I am awarding you a Gold Star ⭐️ excellent work, you are definitely on a roll 👏
TC77, you are so hard on yourself ‘wagging finger emoji’ Your method of disposing of bed linen in mini sessions of decluttering might be time consuming But you are still decluttering 👏 Hopefully the cards you sent to DD2 in Australia won’t take 10 days 🤞 Although I think that with the rather slow work in the sorting office this end it is always at least a couple of days before everything gets put on a plane & then of course we don’t know how quickly it gets sorted in the Oz sorting office 🤔 Fingers crossed that the weather is kind & the decorators can get the outside painting done quickly 🤞 I did smile at This “……and a bright patterned shirt , v different from my usual plain blue (but one in every shade) shirt. I asked a lady in the cs if she thought it would be ok on me. Of course as I wanted a yes I went up to the lady looking at a very bright patterned dress and was wearing lovely bright clothes so quite likely to say yes!” 😁
Floss, you are definitely doing your bit towards recycling & being green especially with the glass milk bottles 🥹
It is slow going but am now starting on Thursday’s cheerleading 😉
QueenJess, another person doing their bit towards helping the planet 🥹 I can quite understand This “I'm always irritated by the organic produce being wrapped in loads of plastic in the supermarket so you have to choose no packaging OR organic. Why can't I have both?” 😠 😞
Good luck sorting your bed linen BlueJ94 🍀 The ‘One In, One Out’ method is a great way to stop clutter building up again 😊
Liverpool_Anne, very pleased to hear that you caught up on your sleep & were invigorated enough to tackle digital decluttering 😊 Good luck dealing with your list of frogs 🍀 Hopefully with OH out you will get most of them done 😉
TC77, good luck reducing your “household stock levels” 🍀 Just wondering if the weather has been good enough for the decorators to start sprucing up the front of your house?
One more page cleared but still 4 pages behind 😬 I will post this, make myself another cuppa & carry on 🙂
P.S. the weather has brightened up considerably & even have some sunshine 🙂

@Muddy_Walker 🥳🥳 So pleased for you!
I am forever grateful it didn’t get to that stage for my mum!
It beggars belief that these people are still putting those who need PIP through unnecessary, stressful & rubbishy nonsense.. 🤬
Anyhoo on a more positive note, I hope you enjoy your celebratory nap & plan some well deserved treats for yourself in the upcoming months ☺️"There's a little witch in all of us"🔮🪬🧿DEBT FREE 06/2018Mrs SD’s Decluttering 2025 ⭐️ 🥇🥇🥇8 -
Not declutter related but on the journey home I was behind a car that had a dog in the back seat enjoying the sunshine. Made me smile a bit!
