Halifax ISA Transfer

Hi all, anyone else having issues with the Halifax not completing a ISA transfer.?
Over a month ago I applied via trading 212 to transfer my ISA. However Halifax haven't prossessed it and now it been cancelled.
So annoying

Yes I had a problems transferring out of Halifax in August / September 2023. I tried probably five or six times to electronically transfer out, and each time Halifax systems cancelled the transfer.After the initial fail I contacted customer services who said I must have completed the transfer details incorrectly; I hadn't. After following the customer service agents advice to re-complete the electronic transfer request whilst she was on the line, they cancelled again.To cut a long story short, I escalated as a complaint, but further electronic transfer requests were all cancelled. Each time the system cancelled, the complaint manager paid £50 compensation into my current account.In the end, the only way Halifax could process the transfer was by me submitting a paper transfer request.Halifax paid 3 x £50 compensation, plus £47.60 for loss of interest, based on the higher rate that would have been paid by the account I was trying to transfer to.One thing worth checking, Halifax said they can't transfer out if there is no signature for the ISA on their system. If you opened the Halifax ISA online then this would be the case. This is easily resolved by going into branch with I.D. and ask them to upload your signature onto the system.Note, if you request the transfer electronically, give Halifax a call after a couple of days to check the status; they will tell you if the system has rejected the transfer. If it has, don't hesitate to escalate to a formal complaint.0

Note, even though the complaints manager highlighted the lack of signature as the reason for the rejection, once the signature was visible on their system, they still rejected the transfer.
Paper transfer request was the only way they could process.0
