I see the Coventry Seasonal Saver has now been removed from their accounts page. Hopefully they're getting ready to launch a new version with updated eligibility cutoff date...

Yes, NLA darn it, missed it. Tried to open last week as am eligible via Coventry saver on Hargreaves Lansdown Platform nearly 2 years, though my savings in Coventry directly are less than 6 months. However couldn't open the Loyalty Seasonal Saver as my older savings weren't recognised; there are 2 customer profiles. Helpful lady on phone tried to merge but couldn't as profiles not identical; HL Platform don't supply all personal data to Coventry, such as mobile number, middle name. To resolve helpful Coventry lady arranged set-up code posted to me which arrived promptly on Tuesday, however it's a 2-step process to set up telephone banking in order for me to supply my missing personal data; I have now to await their Grid Card by post. Meantime it's gone NLA of course. They don't tell their staff; the lady on Friday said 'oh no, it'll still be available' when I feared the profile-correction process was going to be a bit long.
(Hope this helps any reader wishing to use HL platform savings to meet loyalty criteria; it may take more than a week to sort out merging profiles.)

Zopa: 7.5% AER £300 PM
Nationwide: 6.5% £200 PM
Santander: 5% £200 PM
Nat West: 6.17% AER £150 PM
The rest in Gatehouse 4.65% AER
My favourite account and platform is still Chase (a first issue member), who I use for my current account. I just hope they launch some more attractive products soon.
My 7% Edge is ending soon so I'll have to close & get the 6% when it ends.1 -
Just applied for the 6.75% Skipton, not had an email with account details though, the app displays an account number though, does the email take long to arrive?.0

There was an advert for Coventry in my Facebook feed this morning. Might have been 4.6 or 4.66%. Never seen an advert for them before. Haven't had an account with them for over 15 years.

Same here, we've had Edge accounts for 2 years and never paid fees as there's no DD's or any other activity set up on them. OH and I both have £8K in the Edge savers due to having both a joint and single Edge account. The 7% ones finish tomorrow for OH and I, so will have to cancel and take out the 6%. Fingers crossed the rate doesn't drop in the new few days.

So is the Reference number now part of the CoP check, with no option to bypass the check and make the payment anyway?
The Reference number has been part of the CoP check for some time. Though not all the companies requiring a Reference are necessarily participating in CoP yet. Principality however, definitely is, and I have made CoP-matched and unmatched payments from Santander to Principality in the very recent past. I am using the Santander app - it might work differently in Santander online.
Santander offers an option to continue anyway, and makes you think it's going to do it, but then fails on the next screen saying we couldn't make the payment because the reference number was invalid.
