    Monmouthshire R/S 8
    Finally managed to get access to husband’s app by using daughter’s mobile number. Noticed that he has two R/S’s Issue 8 although currently only one funded. Has anyone else who ended up with two issue 8’s opened funded both and not had their payments returned?
    I've got two, but haven't funded the second one. It's still showing as open, so if others haven't had their funds returned, then perhaps I ought to fund my second one?
    Thank you for the replies, I’ll definitely get the second one funded on Monday along with both our Branch Exclusive 7% which are now opened after sending both our application forms. Apparently according to the emails we both received we visited the Newport Branch to open them 😂

    I have three of these and contemplating what to do, myself.

    Basically in the rush to start them at end of July, caught up in the app madness, ended up doing a postal application upon their emailed recommendation, I believe I was supposed to get a passbook of some sort but nothing happened.

    Then the App Exclusive Regular Saver came up, really wanted that so ended up deciding to try and sort it out and phoned their support.

    Agent confirmed I had an issue 8 RS, gave me the payment details and confirmed I was eligible for the App Exclusive RS.

    FINALLY, nearly six weeks after trying, was able to log into the app, and lo and behold, there are three Issue 8s!

    I don't want to jeopardise the App Regular Saver. I was contemplating contacting support again to confirm if I can use all of them.

    Tried to apply for another a couple of times: Couldn't see it as an option earlier.

    But It is there now under 'exclusives products'  but when you clicked through it said "sorry you're not eligible as you already have one." 

    And I'm already TTP on other accounts of theirs so don't want to push it.

    I opened via the app, but to get online access (as the app is pretty annoying) I had to wait for the activation code to arrive in the post. And when I wanted to add an external account to withdraw to, I had to provide proof by post - they provided a prepaid envelope so I just sent off an old bank statement, all quick and painless. So, a little postal correspondence needed, but not too much hassle.
    When I opened an EA and R/S via the app, I tested a withdrawal from the EA to my bank account by way of the app. It just asked for bank details without proof and transferred no problem. Yet when I opened online access, the paperwork was slow to come through - about 10 days - with activation code and just a form to sign confirming that the bank account details I’d entered were correct. No mention of bank statements. Returned in the prepaid envelope.

    Mine appears to have been accepted. Submitted maturity instructions the weekend before last, and received confirmation by post today. Matures on Sunday so will see what happens!

    mine got an acceptance letter but it only mentioned the transfer out to external bank, so I'm not sure if they'll transfer it all out or leave the £200 in for the switch over

    Please let us know how you get on, I've got an extra Exclusive account from when I originally applied, but I only funded the one they sent me the email on.

    I ended up with two.  One is is working fine, the other one doesn't accept funds.  I've tried three times, all 3 deposits were returned next day.  The account is clearly not working, but it is still showing on my app.
