I tried the online chat thing, they say they have no record of my online application, also they asked my memorable word, it didn't work so I questioned them on how many characters minimum any special characters etc, they said it's 10 minimum & no special characters so I'm like what the fudge?, I've been with them a few years, so apparently they updated things and I don't seem to have been told?.
They've sent me a reset link by email apparently.
Told me to keep trying the online form or I can get a postal application, I'm like can I do it over phone?, they said no0 -
Mine was converting an account over the phone, is your matured account still open to convert?jameseonline said:I tried the online chat thing, they say they have no record of my online application, also they asked my memorable word, it didn't work so I questioned them on how many characters minimum any special characters etc, they said it's 10 minimum & no special characters so I'm like what the fudge?, I've been with them a few years, so apparently they updated things and I don't seem to have been told?.

Nope because I gave maturity instructions before the new one was a thing, everything moved to my easy access & I requested that money to my nominated account earlier which I'm still waiting for to arrive, apparently it will by 5pmKim_13 said:

I seem to have completed all stages of the Saffron Members Month application online now, so hopefully things will go ok0

They've just announced interest rate cuts, so the limited access accounts have had an extra free withdrawal added (for a limited period of time) in case you want to take your money out due to the rate reduction.schiff said:A bit of a lull now in Principality maturities for me but from 3/11 to 2/12 I've got six, including three 6 Month RSs, and one RS Bond 34, which is also a duplicate of my first 34. It will be interesting to see what I end up with.
I've got their EA accounts from which I feed the RSs on the FOTM (including non working days) with in theory a limited number of withdrawals. The number left has just increased by one out of the blue, even though the period was/is to 1/1/26. Intriguing but welcome nevertheless!

Job done .... email passcode instead of SMS .... works fine. Thanks BestSeagull.BestSeagull said:
Progressive. I just had a call from the lady who helped me earlier. They are now offering codes by email as another alternative to SMS (which is still not coming back). They can sign you up for this if you speak to them.BestSeagull said:
I just called them. I don't want WhatsApp or an authenticator app. It's far from ideal but they can give you the code over the phone so even without a smartphone you can still access your online account, during business hours at least.IanManc said:
I've got a dumbphone, so no WhatsApp. I waited ten minutes for a code by SMS, then requested another, and now 15 minutes later I've received nothing.ChewyyBacca said:
I used to get a 2 min delayed SMSmon3ysav3r said:Progressive login screen reads "We have sent a 6-digit access code to you by SMS or WhatsApp. It may take five minutes for your code to arrive." but the input just says to enter "6 Digit WhatsApp Code".
It took a few minutes to arrive and I could login, wonder if it detects those without WhatsApp and falls back to SMS?
Today no SMS, no whatsapp either.
Tried ''resend code'', still waiting for code to arrive, been 15 mins now
How ****** useless.
I notice it still says WhatsApp code on the screen when using online login!Compiler of the RS League Table.
Being nosey... How many Regular Saver accounts do you have? — MoneySavingExpert Forum1 -
Were you logged in when you did it? I wasn't asked any of these, they know who you are and your account numbers when you are logged in.kaMelo said:jameseonline said:Saffron Members Month matured today, £626.46, so £600 funds + £26.46 interest.
Anyone know if it's awkward to open the new Members Month?, think I had issues last year. Not awkward as such but long winded in that you have to fill out all details like a new customer, they also ask for an account number you currently hold.Probably took 5-10 minutes to do and the account was visible online immediately.0 -
I got my matured funds & £50 has now turned up in my new Saffron Members Month, which is the main thing ☺️.
Now for curiosity do account/reference numbers get recycled or something?(In general, not like through product switching), I'm a little confused as to why my E Saver has a higher number than my new Members Month (& previous version) yet I've had the E Saver longer. Or is it purely just the way they allocate the numbers for certain accounts so E Savers are always going to be a higher number than a members month?0 -

They launched it in early May but I didn't notice it till a few days ago. I added a comment to the listing at the time to reflect this.Kim_13 said:
Didn’t they launch that issue about 2 days ago? 🤣Bridlington1 said:Nationwide BS Flex Regular Saver (Issue 5) at 6.5% to go NLA. Replaced by Issue 6 at the same rate.
