if this has only happened to me, then i'll assume it's likely just a newer member of staff who doesn't know about the maturity options..
it's all good and i've sent them a message about it - though with it being a long weekend, I guess I might not get a reply until the middle of next week... annoying that I can't edit the maturity choice and choose another option, but there's plenty of time before maturity so we'll see what the reply is next week - i'll let you know what happens. Not just you. I've had a very similar (but not identical) message also signed by '[Removed by Forum Team]'. The minor difference in wording suggests these aren't automated responses.Hopefully it is just '[Removed by Forum Team]' following the wrong process. And really daft the chosen maturity option has been rejected, but the account list still shows the instruction will be completed with no option to select a different one.I also will be attempting to renew into another Principality RS3 on renewal date of 5th June 2025. It will be my third if successful.Suppose it depends if I bump into [Removed by Forum Team] on the way.3 -

Yesterday I phoned the BS and the lovely agent set in motion the maturity of the RS2 into a new RS3 (which will give me three). £200 into new account with same number with the remainder plus interest into my nominated current account.Yes, the website is laggy but the customer service can't be faulted.2 -

Confirmation letters regarding the weekend ones and also confirmed on the accounts.
I think in the excitement of getting 7.85% six months ago I don't think we contemplated that we would also be doing multiple sets of maturity instructions and alterations to standing orders 6 months later!
To be repeated all over again in the run up to Christmas!
As some of these mature on June 5th I suspect I've set up the standing orders to go through on June 1st (actually the 2nd because of the bank holiday) but Principality will bounce any extra £200 payments back in due course.
Does anyone find the Principality website a nightmare for freezing and being unable to move back to the accounts page? Also randomly logging out as its detected no movements because the page has frozen. I often have to re log in 3 or 4 times - working on the main computer, wifi speed is good and only have issues with this website.
On 2 year old desktop mac with OS up to date.
PS - Had emails thanking me for opening the accounts I hadn’t been able to open.0 -

Not meaning to be pedantic, but I thought there was a rule about not identifying staff working in financial institutions in discussions on here. [Removed by Forum Team] from Halifax probably wouldn't be identifiable (there will be many [Removed by Forum Team] there) but there is probably only one [Removed by Forum Team] at Principality.
I have two pending RS maturities with Principality, 30th May and 5th June. The online system offered me, in both cases, a rollover to a 6 month RS Issue 3, which I opted for in both cases. My options were acknowledged without issue. I will be disappointed if it turns out that such an option is not allowed.5 -

I've also opted to rollover a maturing Principality Regular Saver into another Issue 3 on 5 June. I believe i'm right in saying the number of the maturing account will be retained, thus obviating the need to change my existing standing order?0 -

Just given my instructions for 6 Month RS issue 2 maturity, choosing another issue 3 (which will be my fourth) - thus far, no run-ins with [Removed by Forum Team]...
Also today, received an email regarding the end date for my '1 Year Triple Access Regular Saver (Online)', in which it states - 'You’re able to review your options and let us know your preference on or after 31 May 2025'.0
