    I've sent the application with £150 cheque on Monday, too early to expect the account to be opened, but I hope in will be done by the end of this week.  Cheques up to £500 are convenient for me because I have £500 overdraft with FD, they send notification when my balance goes below zero and I replace the funds at the nearest convenient time.

    Has anyone experienced problems with accessing Melton's website recently?  I couldn't login from the beginning of this month. Had to phone them to check the arrival of funds to Saver 6.  I use Chrome and also have Safari, none of them worked.  Tried again just now - Chrome still doesn't get me there, but Safari worked.

    Are you putting personal or business? Should be personal
    I did personal and my name this time, after business and Melton Mowbray Building Society didn’t work with Issue 6.
    "business" option has been made redundant.  CoP is mandatory for all UK banks - you should use your own name for all new payees now.

    Yes, I couldn't log on via Chrome this evening.  I had to use Edge instead.

    I logged in about 6pm and all ok, on chrome. Just checked again, using chrome once more, and all ok.

    Just opened a TSB regular saver, alongside a new TSB current account. But I can't seem to transfer from my TSB current account to my regular saver. It wants a standing order, but not a one off payment in. 

    Has anyone else had this tech fail? I guess it must be some sort of limiting feature, but I just want to put £250 in it now and then set up a standing order from next month.

    Just opened a TSB regular saver, alongside a new TSB current account. But I can't seem to transfer from my TSB current account to my regular saver. It wants a standing order, but not a one off payment in. 

    Has anyone else had this tech fail? I guess it must be some sort of limiting feature, but I just want to put £250 in it now and then set up a standing order from next month. 
    Have you tried setting up the regular saver as a new payee from the TSB current account rather than doing it as a transfer?

    Well, I didn't try that as I didn't feel I should have to 😄 I have now set up a standing order for the first of every month, and will pay in for this month from another account.

    Pretty sure I could have probably just set RS payments up without needing to send it via TSB current account, but feel I should use it, since it's there.
