I, the registered keeper of vehicle registration X, am most confused to have received a PCN from your company.... Said vehicle was indeed in said carpark on said date... However, parking was paid in full as shown in ticket attached and taken from bank account (both photos attached)....It is possible a typing error was made with a letter 'O' typed instead of the number '0'. It seems unlikely though. As you are aware though, according to the BPA Approved Operator Scheme Code of Practice such an error would not warrant the issue of a PCN... I will be writing to my MP about this case as this is not the first time a parking company has sent me a PCN as registered keeper despite payment having been made in each case.2
