Okay, after several days of thinking… Here are mine I think… I can always refine or edit them so they fit my life a bit more.
.) 25 books read (audiobook, paper, graphic novel, fiction, non-fiction, etc)
.) 25 creative or art projects / spreads in sketchbook
.) 25 minutes/day on physio exercises
.) 25 minutes/week on accounting
.) 25 minutes/day deep breathing (in 5 min sessions)
.) 25 minutes per day some kind of exercise (walking, stationary bike, barbells, stretching, yoga, etc)
.) 25 places visited (local and far; mostly new but some also familiar)
.) 25g of fiber per day at least 25 days a month
.) 25 min clearing browser tabs each day
.) 25 new or infrequently cooked recipes
.) 25 minutes decluttering per week - OR - 25 “5 min flings” tidying sessions per month. Not sure which I prefer yet.
.) 25 areas / hot spots decluttered or home projects done
.) 25 new films, tv shows or musicians
.) 25 minutes of writing daily
.) read a book or article for 25 min/day
.) check finances 25 times
.) save £25/month for December holidays (£300 total)
.) 25 cultural activities
.) 25 family and friend check ins
.) deep condition my hair 25 times
.) 25 minutes a month on UK immigration status renewal (it’s coming up in 2026)
.) pay an extra £2025 off the mortgage
.) 25 minutes/week focussed on understanding ADHD and moving towards an evaluation/diagnosis
.) 25 min/day deleting emails - OR - delete 25 emails a day
.) reduce phone usage by 25%
I’m going to take the phone usage reduction as 1% less every week or so. By the end of year, should roughly get me down to 25% less. Or some kind of math I haven’t really run the figures for. It’s like reverse compound interest. FLEH!

Hello all
I've been lurking on this thread for the past few years and thought it's now time to take a step into this challenge. My 25 are below. I've "borrowed" some of them from others, thanks for the ideas. My aim is to try and use up some of my stashes of things and to get more organised, hope it works out.
I'll be posting an update at the end of each month, hope that's OK.
Look forward to getting to know some of you.
