Basic Dell Vostro 1000 Notebook Just 233 Inc Delivery

Just spotted this on UKHOT DEALS and thought seemed like a bargain. Costs 199 but 233 with delivery and you can get 5% Quidco as well. Also you can choose whether or not to have XP or Vista on it. Sorry I can't give more information as I'm not a techie and just wanted a basic laptop for myself but hope this helps somebody!!!

Spec is high enough for Vista Home Basic. I've see this version run fine with a slower Sempron processor and the same memory.

am i being stupid, or am i missing something, as i just clicked on the link in hkud, and it now says the price is £291.00, and that is with only 1024mb ram memory, and 80gb harddrive, and sempron processor, how did you get those specs up for that price, Dave.
Take every day as it comes!!
