Horizon 28 days error POPLA Appeal 2025

I received an email from POPLA saying "the operator has contacted us and told us that they have withdrawn your appeal". So no POPLA involvement.

I just got the same email. Parking charge cancelled. Thanks everyone.

But you haven't even lost yet and you don't appear to have the same worded NTK either. Horizon changed their wording in February 2025.

Sorry yes I was already aware of this - however I read somewhere that although the wording has changed, those at Horizons were automatically withdrawing from POPLA appeals after the fact perhaps being unaware of the changes. Thus, reporting back to help others in my shoes.
